Blenders
Mt. Ashland

My class and I went to Mount Ashland. I
Snow boarded and some people skied. When we got to Mount Ashland I just did runs down the Bunny Hill with Myan, Anya, and Iyesha until the lessons began. Iyesha was the only Blender in my group. My group went down the bunny hill once and then to Comer and Windsor. There were five other people in our group. It was my first time going down Windsor and I was a little scared because it was icy.

After the lesson I had lunch with my dad, Sasha, Annick, Iyesha and Sarah. I had to wait in a line that was not to long but took forever. When I finally got my food and sat down Sasha and Iyesha stuffed themselves with Sarah’s French fries.
After lunch I went to the bowl with Mark and some other kids and adults. I fell and Annick helped me get up, but when I finally did the group had gone. We skied down and looked for them somewhere else but did not see them, so we just went to the Bunny Hill.
I found Iyesha and boarded with her until the people who I was riding with said it was time to go.
I did not feel like carrying my board so I was kicking it and then it turned and went down Comer past the rope and out of sight. I ran after my board but was not fast enough. People at the top of the hill called me back so I went back up the hill. We got a snow mobile and a man named Steve went down to find my board.
After a while the man came back. There was another guy with him. I ran to them and Steve handed me my snowboard. He told me “never kick my snow board again because it is a ugly hike over there.”
I thanked him and went to meet the people I was driving with to go home.
All in all I had a great time and can’t wait to go again. I learned a good lesson:
“ NEVER KICK YOUR SNOWBOARD, BECAUSE YOU JUST MIGHT NEVER SEE IT AGAIN”
