Russian Meatloaf Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
2lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can green peas
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Brown the ground beef and onion. Layer in casserole one layer of meat mixture, one layer of rice and one layer of peas. Repeat if there are enough ingredients. Add any liquid from the peas. Cover over with tomato soup. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is hot through.
