Recipe for Kachuri

2 tbs oil
1 tbs semolina
Procedure: Mix the above ingredients and soften the dough with water.
Then cover the dough with a plate and keep aside for 1 hour.
Meanwhile take 2 big boiled potatoes.Peel and mash them.Put salt to taste , chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix with potatoes.
After 1 hour make 10 separate balls of the dough and fill them with some potato paste.
Roll them and fry in hot oil till it gets golden colour and serve hot with tomato sauce.
