Macaroni and Cheese

á      5 cups of cooked macaroni

á      4 tablespoons of butter

á      4 tablespoons of flower

á      1/4 tablespoons of salt

á      1/8 of pepper

á      2 cups of milk

á      3/4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

á      Paprika

In a saucepan melt butter over medium low heat.  Stir flower into the butter until smooth and bubbly.  Stir in salt.  Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.  Continue to cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
