Idli

These are Idlis. I like them very much.In my school , every Friday they serve Idlis for breakfast. This is mainly a South Indian Dish.

Things needed to prepare Idlis:

1.   Black grams

2.   Boiled rice

3.   Idli Cooker

Making of Idlis: Soak one cup of black grams for 6 hours. Grind it for 20 minutes in a wet grinder.

Soak boiled rice powder also for 6 hours.Mix it with the grinded paste of black grams.

Mix water in the above batter and arrange it in the Idly plates and steam it for 15 minutes in the Idly cooker.
