Native Americans have lived all over this continent of North America for thousands of years. How they lived was a reflection of the land where they lived, their natural environment. Although there were many different cultures spread across the land, they all had one thing in common: a special connection and love of their natural environment which provided everything they needed to live.
Your task is to find out as much as you can about that special relationship between Native Americans and the place where they lived. In what ways did their lives connect to their natural environment
1.With a partner, look at the photographs from the various areas of our country. 2.Look carefully at all that you see in the photograph. What do you see? What do you think? What can you tell about their natural environment? Click here to print the chart below. Make a record of what you see and think. Northeast

You can use a poster, diorama, book or any other form of presentation that you choose. Be sure to include information from at least 3 areas of the country.
Did you have fun in your exploration? Did you learn something new about Native Americans and their place on the land? Did your presentation include at least 3 categories that you discussed .
